• Cookies and similar technologies: Information used to remember preferences, maintain sessions, and understand how the Services are used.
• Payment information: Handled by our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

• Provide, operate, and maintain Vibe
• Process transactions and send related notices
• Improve and personalize the Services
• Provide support and respond to inquiries

3. AI and model training

Your code is yours. Vibe uses large language models to help generate projects. By default, we do not use your private prompts or generated code to train foundation models. Data sent to third-party model providers is subject to their enterprise terms that restrict training on customer content.

Shareable preview URLs are public to anyone who has the URL. Do not place secrets or personal data in a project intended for sharing. We process project files to run and restore these previews.

4. Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell your personal data. We may share information only when:

• Service providers: Trusted vendors for hosting, analytics, identity, and payments
• Legal requirements: When required by law or valid public authority requests
• Business transfers: In connection with a merger, financing, or acquisition

5. Data retention and international transfers

We retain account, workspace, and usage information while your account is active or as needed to provide, secure, and improve the Services, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes. We may transfer information to service providers and servers outside your country of residence with appropriate safeguards.
